I had the same thing happen about a month ago on my v70. A brickboard member (don't remember who) suggested that it is caused by the contacts in the switch being dirty and that rotating it back and forth a bunch of times will clear it up . I tried it and haven't seen the message since. If it doesn't go away, you may be able to take the switch apart and clean the contacts or replace it. Hope that works.
