Oil Leak V70-XC70

Hi Guys !!!

After cleaning up the car underneath I noticed the oil seeping
from under what looks like a weep hole ad the end of the engine just past the
middle... I guess this is the area where the oil seal lives?

It is not somthing I can handle, any idea what the repair may cost ?

Any advice woild be very much appreciated ?
