'96 850 Blown Head Gasket or bad MAF? Will not run. 850 1996

I have a '96 850 Turbo with around 130,000 with the following problems:
- Will start but will not idle for more than 10 seconds (this is new)
- Error code P0203. Idles longer with MAF disconnected but still will not stay running without giving it gas. Shuts off immediately when MAF is reconnected.
- Has been wistling loudly for the past few months, especially when cold
- Milky foam in the dipstick tube
- Loses coolant at a relatively slow rate- the overflow is above min but needs to be replenished every few months
- Oil pooling on top of the head (under the plastic cover)

Is it a blown head gasket? I just replaced the odometer gear and front end a few months ago- after that, I feel like I've earned another good year out of the car!
