Code 133 O2 sensor + an electrical problem S70 1998

I threw a PO 133 code too. Went to dealer today to reset service light & requested a scan. They showed Code EFI 435 and said $400 for new oxygen sensor & labor. My question is would a leek in the vacuum hose or elbo's cause the volvo code & OBD ll to show front oxygen sensor slow response. I see FCP Groten has sensor for $138.
