replacing old audio speakers 850 1995

I know I saw on someone's site they had some replacement 6 x 9's for the

rear window and added some tweeters to the front sill but what about those speakers that are in both front doors and in the dash? Does one just ingore them or is there an actual better replacement out there? I don't even know what size those particular speakers are. Any help would be appreciated.
