Automatic Climate Control 850 1994

Looking for help on my 94' 850 wagon. I have recently overhauled the blower motor. Now the blower motor will not come on while the car is running in either AUT mode or manual fan speed selection. If you shut the car off and only advance the ignition to accessories and not start the car, the fan will run all day! Then you go and start the car and the fan will come on for about 1 second and then stop. Any suggestions on how to cure this as the winter is setting in up in Canada! I do not have any wiring diagrams for the ACC. Thanks.
