Buying 2002 V70? V70-XC70

I am looking at a V70 2.4T with 160K. I am only familiar with 200's and a little with 700's.

What red flags/indicators should I look for?

Of course the seller says it is in perfect condition.

I guess the turbo and CV joints are high wear and cost items. What would I look/listen for?

Any idea's greatly appreciated.
