Miss Firing at high revs/boost 850 1996

Hi all,

My car tossed a check engine light at me on Sunday. It did this when I stomped on the gas and took the car to about 70 mph. I think the light came on in 3rd at very high rpm and about 12 psi boost. Right as it came on I experienced significant power loss. This happened a couple of other times this week. So I took it in to get it checked.

The codes came back as:

543 Miss Fir in at least one cyl.

453 Miss Fire in 3 cyl.

542 Miss Fire in more than 1 cyl.

Can someone tell me what the problem might be? The last full tune up was about 20K miles ago and new plugs about 12 K miles ago.
