Instrument panel light C70

A bulb is out. Bay13 has a very good tutorial on instrument panel removal for 850 and one for V70. The dash top doesn't have to be removed, just lifted on the driver's side.
I suggest replacing ALL of the instrument bulbs while you are in there. Micro bulbs from radio shack, $1.50 for 2 and get a bunch for the switches in the dash which will fail sooner than later, and 5W bulbs at any autoparts store.
