Alarm siren sounding off randomly S60 2004

I have done some research on the alarm sounding off randomly on my 2004 S 60 and have heard several ideas on the location of the siren and possible causes. I had the dealer run a diagnostic on the vehicle and the report is "needs alarm siren". Can anyone tell me the location of the alarm siren module on the car and whether this module is indeed repairable? (I have heard that it randomly sounds off when battery gets low and dealer claims that the unit is a throw away - no replaceable battery) .

Dealer wants $390 - no way - I would rather replace myself or disable it. Thanks for any resources on the S60 Alarm siren R/R or quiok fixes or disconnect.
