850 trunk alignment 850 1994

I recently replaced the struts on my trunk lid and all was well until I let it fly up the other day. One of the struts popped loose, I reattached it and now the trunk lid is out of alignment. After consulting the Haynes manual, I concluded that I needed to get to the upper mounting bolts for the trunk. I finally got to them after removing the back seat and window shelf. Now I can't figure out how to make the adjustment. The book only says there is an eccentric nut you turn. Has anyone ever worked on this before. Thanks for your help, Jim.
