I would take your car in for sevice on the wheel scrubing, this is a very common problem with US S60 with 17" wheel package. My wheels have done this so much it has polished the inside of my wheel housing. My car is due for service on friday so I wil have them take care of this if they can. My tires rub even when I am not at a complete lock. Volvo better make plans to do a recall because I see no easy fix. If the dealer cant do any thing I will install wheel spacers to see if that cures the problem. I also noticed that my car did it when it was new but only when i turn left at a complete lock now it does it if I just pull out of my parking spot no where close to a full lock. I will post my dealers results of friday when I get the car back.
