Is this where I charge my A/C? 850 1997

on this same picture, is the connector for overriding the low pressure switch also shown? I've tried to recharge from a bottle of R134a with a short hose that has a gauge on it, but the pressure doesn't change. I read about shorting two pins together to override the low pressure switch, but I can't tell where those two are. The one nearest the 6Nm cover has three pins. WHen I unplug it the compressor stops kicking in, even after plugging it back in. I stop/start the engine and the compressor kicks in again. So it just cycles from the low pressure of maybe 30 psi up to about 45 psi, over and over.
