I ordered Vision Plus from AutoLamps OnLine (UK) on 22Oct and they arrived on 29 Oct. They are the Philips bulbs and I was replacing GE and Osram OE bulbs. I ordered four H7s and received six because AutoLamps has a promotion which gives one bulb free for every two ordered. So I was able to replace all my bulbs and the low beams on my wife's '01 V70 for $80.

I used my Sekonic light meter to measure the difference between the OE and the Philips Vision Plus bulbs. The meter indicated the Vision Plus to be between 40 and 50% brighter, measured under the same exact light and power conditions. And the difference on the road is unmistakeable. It's clearly a superior bulb and I will use them from this point on.
