Glove box fix 850 1995

The "U" latch hangs down from the dash into the glovebox. It is the only thing a hachsaw blade will catch, unless you have an overflowing glovebox :)

Tape the top of the lid and the bottom of the dash, slide the blade in, and when you feel metal at the center of the lid, start cutting. It should only take a few minutes to cut through one side, then cut off the other side.

You will need to buy another "U", but the latch can be fixed at home.
