Briefly, you have to remove the panel under the driver's side of the dash (held by 3 torx head screws). The relay panel is tucked up in the corner of the firewall and the sidewall. Replace the red-colored relay. I recall that it has the number 203 or 208 on the end. It is towards the top of the relay panel so I found it easier to remove the lower 2 relays to get at it.

Operating instructions come in the relay box. You can adjust the swipe period between 1 and 30 seconds.
