Proably the T-valve under the hood is clogged. The directions to replace it are on volvospeed.com. The part number is 1392074. While you're at it go ahead and replace the washer nozzles themselves with the newer version that sprays the water out in a more effective fan pattern. Part number is 6816437, and you'll need two of those. If that does not work, there is another T-valve down by the washer fluid reservoir, but I would try what I said first and see if that works. It's so simple a novice like myself was able to do it, and that's saying a lot :-)
