Replacement Tires of different size S80 2000

Hello all,

I have yet another tire question for y'all...are there any consequences to going to a different tire size for a S80 2.9L with 17" tires? I originally had 225/50R17 Michelin MXM4 and had to replace all four due to blowing a tire out (car has 35K miles). I replaced the Michelins with Yokohama Avid H4 sized at 235/45R17. The installer carefully looked at the tires and saw a minor hight difference between the two, but the width was almost identical. I drove it home today and noticed a slighty harsher ride, but no major differences otherwise...

Is there anything else I should watch for or need to do?

Thanks,

Radman
