Secondary Air Pump V70-XC70

If it were easy to fool the system, everyone in an inspection state would have done it by now. Yes, with a few relays it can probably be done, actually has been done, if you are very savy in the electrical department.

I suspect a relay under the fan shroud may be failing, or the ECT is sending a cold response to the engine computer.
