Re: PNP Switch/ Flashing Arrow 850 1994

I had the same experience, and followed a few other tips that I found including cleaning the switch, etc. the solution on mine turned out to be cleaning and replacing the sport-mode switch on the console for $35.00.

The cleaning procedure is on bay13 I believe. Basically consists of turning the ignition all the way on (do NOT start) and running the shift lever back and forth about 50 times VERY fast to clean the contacts on the PNP. This action elliminated one set of codes. then replacing the console switch cleared the others. has been running now about 20K miles no-problems.

Alan.
