Need help with a hard starting problem 850 95

My 94 850 turbo has gradually started to require more cranking time to start. I did clear an O2 code recently and am going to replace the O2 sensor soon, but my feeling is that shold be related since I believe the ECU doesn't get input from the O2 sensor during starting. I replaced the plugs, plug wires, rotor and cap about 10,000 miles ago. I have also cleaned the fuel injectors by running a can of cleaner from the fuel rail (while cutting out the fuel pump). I didn't replace the coil due to its high cost (about $130). I'm thinking this may be the problem - has anyone installed an aftermarket coil or adapted one from another application? Any ideas are welcome. THanks.
