This many shock and surprise many of you but I'm having electrical problems with my V70XC.
Here's the list:
-Service Transmission message, the code says its a speed sensor dealer says " I dunno" resets code and charges me $200.
-Instrument cluster and center console goes dead on occasion. Good news is it usually heals itself
-drivers seat moves on it own (or perhaps with Satans help) sucks when the seat back fully reclines on the freeway, makes my wife really happy
-message "Airbag Requires Immediate Service Take to Dealer for Cashectomy"
-Low beams don't work, bulbs and fuses are fine.
-Brake lights don't work, bulbs and fuses are fine.
On the plus side my camshaft speed sensor is working fine. I would have figured that with the high miles the car has (82k)it would have given up the ghost. Maybe I'm not being fair you can't expect a car to last that long.
Volvo number 9 will be my last Volvo.
