Cost of Timing Belt Repair S70 1998

So now that I know I need to get this done asap what does it cost? How many hours does the book show for a 98 T5 timing belt swap? I'm lightly entertaining the thought of doing this myself, I've done a Volvo dohc that was in my boat, and my dohc Taurus SHO. The boat motor was so easy to get work on, just pop the motor cover and go to work. The SHO was hard because the engine compartment is basically stuffed full of motor. I had to take the RF wheel and inner fender skirt off just to get access. It looks like there is plenty of room on my S70 though. Anyone got a xerox of the replacement instructions? I saw a thread about different tensioners too, did they change during the 98 model year?
