Volvo 850 Ticking (for only 5 mins) 850 1994

Most Mornings I start my car, idle 30 seconds then drive a short distance to the store to get a coffee. I leave it running while I'm in the store and usually when I get out of the store I can hear a ticking (which I noticed to increase in noise when I rev the engine. This ticking worries me, However as soon as (or a little before) the car is up to temperature It stops. When I get to work I notice that the ticking is gone. Is it a lifter that is gunked up from sitting at night? or is it something else.

Please let me know and How to fix. Thanks.
