Avoid TheVolvoSite for parts, stick with FCP Groton..

I was in need of an OEM Volvo Fuel Cap, knowing that aftermarket caps usually set OBD codes. I tried my favorite vendor, FCP Groton (they are fantastic!), but they do not stock them. TheVolvoSite.com listed an OEM Volvo Fuel Cap part #9475962. I ordered online with a note "to send only OEM part" Days later I received a "Stant" aftermarket fuel cap from them! I called and was told that Stant WAS OEM! Sorry, but my original (OEM) cap came from Sweden, not Indiana. They also refused to refund my shipping costs. Is their business that great that they can afford zero customer satisfaction? Where can I buy true OEM parts online, eliminating a costly trip to my closest dealer?
