Pothole destroyed front end! Need Advice S60 2001

I have a ultra clean black 2001 S60 2.4T with 92K.
Two weeks ago I hit a massive hothole at 30mph and it knocked the alignment out and in the course of 300 miles completly wore out my new front tires. Our other car was in the shop so I didnt get a chance to bring it in becasue my wife needed it.

NTB could not align it so I took it to an alignment expert shop who then told me I had a bent subframe, rim, balljoints, possible swaybar and shock tower and control arm!?!

So i took the car to a collision shop and I am waiting for the final word today.
I have full coverage and a $750 deductable.

Questions:

1. THe car is worth about $7k at what point would insurance total it out?
2. Should I have it repaired and keep it if its totals out? I really like the car but I dont want a money pit.
3. Any experience you could share?
4. What eould you guess the damage $$$ would be? I cant find used subframes anywhere. Are they $400 or $2000 or somewhere in between?

Just looking for some advice, and worried my car is trashed.
