Remanufacturing process for failing ETMs V70-XC70 2001

Since there are several threads going on the 1999-2001 70 and 80 series Volvos with failed or failing electronic throttle modules (ETM) here is the latest.
XeMODeX in Canada had developed a re-manufacturing process that replaces the potentiometer throttle position sensor with a Hall Effect sensor. With this replacement the wearing out of the potentiometer is eliminated by replacing it with a sensor that makes no physical contact and thus does not wear out. It carries a lifetime warranty limited to the TPS, Your Volvo will be though with this problem from here on out.
XeMODeX licensed the process to TDPCorp in Loveland, Colorado.
For the full history of this problem see http://VEXEDvolvo.org. For the repair service and purchase information see http://FixYourETM.com.
