Labor to install DIM on the XC?

Hi Marty & Klaus,
Thanks for your responses re: DIM install.
As this is a CDN car I have to get a DIM with CDN specs. I called Waltrip Volvo last week & was told that the DIM US specs is $735 but they can`t ship a DIM with US specs to Canada & I do`nt know but suspect that it may not be legal to install a US specs DIM in a Canadian vehicle. DIM price at local dealer is $1470.
Guess I`m "hooped" on this one. Might have to sell a few more cows!!
