Why is the PNP fail during the cold winter?? 850 1994turbo

Subject code # A-1 313 fail PNP switch

What is the main cause for this ?? does any one know poor quailty on volvo part ?? every one know it fail on the first day when it get cold ??

What parts ?? inside the switch is brokend ??

summer time no problem winter come it fail...

Just like to know have any one look into this ???

Some even said that the main cause for this fail becauce the main nut is loosing this cause the main bolt not linging up correctly ... and not becasue the switch is bad ??
