This is getting old, and I don't find a permenant fix in the archives.

The driver's side arm stops making contact with the windsheild. Yes, pushing down on the arm fixes it for a couple of months, and I've replaced it twice, once with an aftermarket arm, then with a Volvo arm, and the problem always returns after a few months. Note: never push the arm down when it's really cold: The arm will snap off!

Does anyone know of a permenant fix?
