Re: Difference in 850's 850 96

For US models, you can tell a 95 from a 96/97 by looking at the switches on the dash to the left of the steering wheel. The 96 and 97 models had a dash mounted power door lock switch, labeled LOCK. The 95's do not have this. The windows will also have a manufacture date printed on them, but this is somewhat ambiguous, because there are lots of 96's made in 95, and 97's made in 96, etc. Other than these, I don't know of anything.
