Steering Vibration S70 1998

I just bought a 1998 S70GTAS with 36K mi. When I test drove various S70s at the dealership, the steering wheel of most S70s I drove (including turbos and stick shift models) had no noticeable vibration at any speed on a smooth road. The vehicle I opted to buy did have a steering vibration. Noticeable above 40 to 45 mph, it seems to be worse during deceleration than acceleration. The vibration is such to cause driving fatigue after about 15 minutes on the highway. The dealer agreed to fix it prior to sale, but later stated that they were unable to detect it. As far as I know it could be anything from tires out-of-round to the engine mounts. I hate to return the car under the 3-day return policy because it has the features I want. Anyone have a similar problem that maybe could shed some light on this?
