DIY Tuneup Hell 850 1995

Replaced the plugs, plug wires and distributor cap and rotor on my 95 850 turbo. After doing the work the car ran fine for a few miles and all of a sudden started run roughly--think it is now running on 4 instead of 5 cylinders.

Checked all of the connections multiple times and still it is missing. Any way to use a multimeter to determine which wire/plug is the culprit? Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks
