I need insight. My ABS light has come on. I assumed that the ABS controller went bad. After changing out the controller, the light is still on. The only difference is that my original controller said ABS/TRACS. The new one said ABS/STC. Is this a problem. Did I install the wrong part? I also noticed a little thumping sound coming from the rear brakes I think. If the part is OK what else could be wrong? Volvo V70 AWD 138000 Miles.
