Ticking Dash Board V70-XC70 2000

While driving the XC today, I just noticed a slight intermitent ticking sound (about every 4-8 seconds) from the dash board/instrument cluster. It only happens when driving. Not at idle and not sure at high speed because it's too loud to hear the tick.

It sure sounds like a relay to me but I don't know what relays are around the dash area. The SRS light has also been on for a while but I'm not sure if that's related.

Anyone else experience this ticking?
