ABS V70-XC70 1999

I do have the old unit. It was rebuilt by Victor. I happened to have another one laying around (long story) it was also rebuilt by Victor. I assumed that the unit that was in the car went bad. The one that I put in last night fit perfectly and looks exactly like the old one. The only difference is the wording on the back is different. Could it be a relay? Are there wheel sensors? If so do they go bad and could that cause the light to come on?
