freezing a/c 850

Hello everyone.

My a/c is freezing after about 45 minutes of continuous use. I checked the pressure and its within spec. Mechanic checked the pressure and found it in spec.
He said that there may be too much oil in the system giving us a correct pressure reading but still a low level of r134a, causing the freezing.
Is that likely?
System doesn't appear to be cycling on and off.

Mechanic suggested we drain system and fill it back up with correct amnts of r134a and oil 1st but this costs 100 bucks.

I think its the pressostat things. How do I replace the pressure sensor things? I see there are two of them. Are they easy to replace? Should I have someone else do them?
