For that price, just visit your dealer and tell them that the EVAP was replaced, the guy goofed and turned on the ignition before putting the steering wheel back on. They just might be nice and do it for you.

If you have already badmouthed this dealer, I suggest going to another dealer that doesn't know you.

Even if he charges you $100, that is less than the Draper tool.
