How To Change Tranny Fluid V70-XC70 2003

From what i am reading i need to remove a top hose for fluid exit and in through the dipstick hole ( havent even looked for that yet ) i read a previous post on Val Maxlife fluid as a comparable replacement fluid, anyone find any good off the shelf stuff i can use, i really dont want to spend to much on this, id rather let the tranny fall from the car and shoot the whole car full of bullet holes.
