Volvo Dan,

Vacumn leak maybe or faulty Mas sensor maybe?.....but what I'm really curious about is what were you hoping to achieve by your modification? How would it differ then the OEM intake? Your engine as you probably know has the lowest HP output in the 850 history (10 valve), producing approx 140HP.
