KONI VS BILSTEIN, TME VS H+R S70 1998

Hello to all volvo owners, i may know alot about tires but i am clueless when it comes to suspension. i am planning on doing some replacing of my stock s70 T-5 suspension. my current options are koni adjustable sport shocks vs the bilstein sport shocks, and the IPD/TME springs vs H+R springs. please let me know all of your vairous opinions and thoughts about my two comparisons. i want to maximize performance with my car - i dont care about ride quality, it already sucks! please let me know what's best!
