Squeeking noise when i use emergency brake S70 2000

Hey you guys...after I park my car and pull up the emergency brake...i get out of my car and my car makes this really extremely loud squeeking noise. I know it's coming from the shocks. Do they need to be tightened? i asked the dealer and they say that it is normal and that it makes that noise because I use the emergency brake. I say that's Bs....what do you think? Such an expensive car making that crap noise? i don't think so.
