850 Non-Turbo Smoking, Smells like an outboard motor!

Have had the rear main replaced as well as the oil separator. Maybe something is loose in the PCV system? This smokes immediately--does not need to warm up. It looks like there is a bolt missing--should it be this way? The fumes bother my asthma but my wife doesn't notice. Please see images and link to video:
