Fault codes 850 96

I brought my 850 into the shop today for the check engine light as well as the service light. Well they shut off the service light but couldnt really figure out what needed to be fixed. They said it could be a # of things, Which im not saying they are wrong but I would rather come to the brickboard and ask the "professinals" first. These are the codes they came up with.

122 cruise control no speed signal

2232 Long Term Fuel Trim at Idle

455 Missfire #5

453 Missfire #3

These are all the codes that they got out of there machine. If there is anything that someone like me could do to solve this rather then to spend my next mod on the car to fix it PLEASE tell me. ANY incite at all will help me me GREATLY.
