MAP Sensor 850

I have a turbo, so I think mine is the MAF (at least my OBDII error is the MAF!)

It located on the air intake, just past the filter (engine side). There is a vacuum line on the bottom, pull that off. Then loosen the clamps on the hose, and using a lot of elbow grease, twist the MAF housing out of the hoses. Get the CRC MAF cleaner (I just bought some for $5). and spray the bejeesuz out of the metal sensor and wafer board (do not touch them with anything). It's pretty easy, maybe 15 minutes total, you spend most of the time getting the MAF housing off and on.
