Power Brake unit '95 Turbo 850 1995

The power unit has a hose off the bottom, which had no clip after recent service, and brakes were getting worse. Then the hose fell off and I had manual brakes only. After securing the hose with a clip, things had been normal. Few weeks later I noticed the power pressure getting poor & found the hose was working loose again. I tightened it, now the power pressure seems to be falling under heavy pedal braking and stopping reasonably well; however it still does not appear to have normal Volvo stopping power. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
