Re: Brake Issues S70 2000

Thanks Jon. I'm new to the Volvo world and wasn't aware that the parking brake was on a redundant system. Service department called back and advised that the front pads remain at 65-75% while the backs are 35%. Rear rotors are warped. Dealer was to replace rotors under warranty and have me pick up the tab on the pads... to which I had a pretty stern response. They've agreed to replace the rotors and pads. Believe the only way the rotors would warp is running hot brakes through water or having bad calipers. Anyone aware of any other causes?
