multiple codes S80 1999

I recently had a bunch of work on the s80 and think some of it might be causing obd codes reactions.
I had a section of the wiring harness replaced, new rotors and pads, flame box, turbo intake hose.
To reroute the wiring harness several things were jacked around.
Codes now showing up are Mass air sensor, ABS module, anti theft siren. To top it off, transmission service required warning on display ( popped up on the way to buy for sale signs) I think the ABS could be related to filings on sensors from new pads dragging, Mass air may be related to the hose change out and jacking stuff around.
Tried a panic stop on wet pavement , indeed the ABS doesn't work, it broke loose.
Tranny seems to not shift up as before.( could it be due to the Mass air problem. also the car sat for 3 weeks since buying the 2007 and has never been still more than 8 hrs in the last ten years.
Or do I just have a bunch of broken stuff on a 200K car?
I'm running a scan on the OBD with a pocketscan tonight. Will post results. Possibly erase and see if they come back.
Any ideas?
I really need to get the car in sellable condition as I have 4 Vo's in the fleet 06 XC90, 2 S80's ( '99 t6 and '07 3.2), '99 s70 AWD and 2 PKUP's. I think the 1999 S80 would make a great kids school car. It still sits and drives better than anything I've ever owned. I just can't sink more money into it.
