I agree, the ABS module has died and needs to be repaired. Not a dealer option, they only replace at $$$ cost. Depending on where you live, Vic is in California: http://home.earthlink.net/~vicrocha/
Or google abs repair for some east coast shops.

The O2 sensor could be a wiring issue, check the wires before replacing it. Bank 2 is the driver's side.

The Mass air flow sensor could be a left over message, so clear it and wait for it to come back again.

Wash, wax, and clean the insides before taking pics for selling.
