HP gains on 850 Mods 850 1996

Folks,

The big bore throttle body thread got me thinking... Do we have a list of realistic "rough estimate" HP/torque gains for mods we have done on our machines? In this case I'm not talking about the bolt-on mods that are clearly tested and we have a good idea what they'll do. I mean the tweaks that people have tried out.

Here's a list of one I can think of.

- WasteGate mod with realistic max boost of @13 PSI... Actually, it would be cool to know what each 1 PSI gain did...

- Clear out the crap in front of the intercooler. Horns, brace, air scoop. This is the thing that EA claimed gave a minimum of 5 hp for the horns alone.

- K&N air filter

- Open Element CA intake

- Different exhaust types and diameters.

- Water injection

- Then there's all the EA stuff

- I'm sure that there are more thinks that you have all tried.

I'd be really interested in gathering and compiling this list based on real world experience and real world tests. First though, is there such a list?

Scott
